BPC-157 and TB4 (Thymosin Beta-4, often sold as TB-500) are experimental peptides frequently paired in a combination known as the "Wolverine Stack" to accelerate tissue healing, reduce inflammation, and promote blood vessel growth. Neither compound is approved by the FDA for human clinical use.
How they work
BPC-157: Derived from human gastric juice, it is thought to act locally to repair tendons, ligaments, muscles, and the gut by stimulating new blood vessel formation (angiogenesis).
TB4: A synthetic fraction of a natural protein found in high amounts in platelets, it is believed to act more systemically to help cells migrate to injury sites and decrease scarring.
